These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all agreements, services, and use of the website of Imediaal, located at Kolmstraat 44, 9750 Zingem, Belgium. By using our services or website, you agree to these Terms.
2.1 These Terms apply to all offers, quotations, invoices, services, and agreements between Imediaal and the Customer.2.2 Deviations from these Terms are only valid if agreed in writing.2.3 The Terms are always accessible via the Imediaal website.
3.1 All quotations are non-binding and valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.3.2 The agreement is established after written or electronic confirmation by the Customer.3.3 Imediaal reserves the right to refuse assignments without providing reasons.
4.1 All prices are stated in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless indicated otherwise.4.2 Invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.4.3 In case of late payment, the Customer shall owe, by operation of law and without notice of default, late payment interest of 8% per month, as well as a fixed compensation of 10% of the outstanding amount with a minimum of €100.4.4 Complaints about invoices must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt.
5.1 The Customer must provide all necessary information required for the performance of the services in a timely and correct manner.5.2 The Customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.5.3 If delays arise due to incorrect or incomplete information, Imediaal may pass on the additional costs.
6.1 Imediaal will endeavor to perform the services to the best of its ability and with professional care.6.2 Deadlines for the performance of services are indicative and not binding. Delay does not give rise to any right to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.
